Instrumental Lessons

Our instrumental tutors are concerned at the number of students not turning up for their scheduled lessons, especially in the upper grades. All lesson times are displayed on the Music Room board so there is no excuse for not knowing your lesson time. If the teacher has to come and find you it just wastes valuable teaching time.

Performing Arts Festival

This is the final week of the Festival and we have our talented piano players representing Orana. Good luck to those who are performing this week. Congratulations to our Yr 1's and choirs who performed last Friday in the Primary Choral Section. You all did an amazing job and were a credit to Orana. A big thank you to Mrs Marshall for doing a wonderful job of accompanying the choirs on piano. We appreciate your talent and time given up to assist us.

Orana Guitar Ensemble Festival

Congratulations to the Guitar Ensemble who performed beautifully last Saturday at the WA Classical Guitar Festival. Thank you to the parents for making the effort to get the students there on a Saturday. Your support is very much appreciated.

Congratulations to our Classical Guitar Ensemble who have made it to the playoffs for the Performing Arts Ensemble Shield. They will be performing again at Trinity College this Friday 29 August to a panel of adjudicators. Good luck to you all.
