Band Rehearsal Change Week 2

We have a large number of band members involved in instrumental ensembles at the Performing Arts Festival next Wednesday morning. So there will be NO band on Wednesday 30 July.

Band will be on Thursday 31 July from 8.00am-9.15am.

Rehearsals

It would be great to have 100% attendance at rehearsals over the next few weeks leading into Festival performances. Unless you are absent from school, you should be at ALL rehearsals. We need ALL members of the team to be able to polish our performances. Your support on this is greatly appreciated.

Assembly Performance for Term 3

Our ensembles and choirs will perform for the school prior to attending the Performing Arts Festival. Please find the schedule below:

Week 1: Friday 25 July. - Classical Guitar ensemble
Week 3: Friday 8 August - Junior Choir
Week 4: Friday 15 August - School Band
Week 5: Friday 22 August - Senior Choir

Students who are performing as soloists at the Festival have an opportunity to perform for the school if they wish. Please see Ms Draper if you would like to.

Performing Arts Festival Dates and Times

All notes have gone out for ensemble, band and choir performances. If you could please have the permission slips back to Ms Draper as soon as possible, that would be much appreciated. It is a very busy term and it makes it much easier if I don't have to chase up for notes.

Please be reminded that it is parent's responsibility to transport children to individual events and the band evening. Next week's performances are:
