A number of students are forgetting to take their instruments home over the weekends. There are even a few students whose instruments have not left the music room for more than a week. Practice is crucial to progress on a musical instrument and it is a little difficult to practice when you don't have an instrument!

Music Diaries

All students have a music diary in which their homework for the week is entered. Please remind students to check their diaries when practicing at home. They should be attending their lesson each week with everything in the music diary rehearsed. This makes for good progress. Parents should also be signing and checking these every week too as the instrumental tutors often send messages home in the diaries. Thank you for your cooperation.
