ASTHMA SPACERS

It is best practice in Asthma first aid management that all children who suffer Asthma use a spacer (or mask for under 5s). Each child must have their own equipment for use at school. If your child does not have either a spacer or mask at school we ask that you please supply one. Should we need to give your child one of our new spacers from school resources, an account will be sent to you accordingly.

STUDENT ABSENCES

As stated in last week's newsletter, the student absence mobile number is no longer available. The preferred method of advising us of a child's absence is by emailing us at admin@orana.wa.edu.au or using the absences link on the school website: http://web.orana.wa.edu.au

A telephone message is not sufficient. We must have a hard copy for our records. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

THE JOHN PAUL PLAYGROUP

Our playgroup provides a relaxed situation for pre-school children to meet and encourages creativity, sharing and playing with others. If you would like to register your child / children for either of these days, please phone Joanne Godsall on 0418 936 197.

OASIS PRAYER GROUP

Come and encounter Jesus in a personal way and deepen your relationship with Him who gives Peace and refreshment to the soul. We meet each Thursday during the term at Ss John & Paul Church in the small Chapel. Rosary at 1.00pm. A sharing of last Sunday's Gospel at 1.30pm and finally at 1.40pm we praise and worship Jesus in the Tabernacle. Once a month, we do meditations on scripture using Norma Woodcock's CD's and these are based on Ignatian Spirituality. For more information, you are all welcome to contact Sandy on 0432 428 919.
